Nutel demand payment for ?

Can you belief!! I paid my telkom account last week and suddenly get these threatening messages from nutel or something to pay or else!! I even went so far to phone telkom customer service and make sure payment went off, sent nutel an e mail to check their records before sending letters of demand, but the threats still keep on coming!! What is a person suppose to do?
