Numerous requests that is ignored/Pathetic service
This will be my 4th time having to go on Hellopeter regarding the same complaint, and your just don't care attitude reflect your unwillingness to address my requests. I requested on the 2/01/2016 to be refunded the amount you owe me. 20 Calls later and 3 hellopeter complaints of which I get told we are busy investigation but nothing is done. Every time you phone you get told we are attending to the matter. It has been 10 weeks!!!<br> <br> Please just refund me what you owe me, so I can never have to deal with your pathetic service again.
