Numberstill not ported 4 days later

My wife signed up for a new contract on Thursday 16/7 at the Sandton City store, she was assured the porting of her existing Cell C prepaid number would take between 7-72hours. She again visited the store on Saturday and was advised the port is still in progress. Her existing number has not worked since Friday. What a bad experience so far<br> Please can someone sort this out, she is reliant on her existing number!!
