Number suspended and cannot perform a sim swap

Telkom and their call centre agents are useless . I lost my phone and I had to fight with their insurance company to get a replacement. After getting a replacement phone I am now struggling to get my number back. I am literally paying for something that I am not even using. My number is suspended and no one is able to help me. But you are very good at debiting my money. This is really ridiculous. I am going to report Telkom to the ombudsman. Your call center agents tells me that my number is unsuspended and when I go to the store I am told that the number is still suspended and they cannot help me perform a sim swap. You guys disgusts me and I regret joining this service provider.
