Number porting and request for contract
Incredibly disappointed with the service that we are receiving from Telkom regarding a contract and porting of numbers. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was advised the process would take 7-21 working days, therefore I sent everything off at the end of April. No feedback was given until my employer visited the store at the end of June.
