Number portability

Got a great service from Msizi at a Telkom store at Clear Water mall for porting my number,everything was done received sms n etc provided the requested documents and i was advised that my sim swap will be done in the next 24 hours..its now going to 48 hours today and still nothing has been done,what should one do when getting such service from you guys...i need to know what should i do now.I am using this very same number that i am porting at work and i am inconvenienced as i cant even buy data to use it thinking that you will port my number...,porting it now or attending to my case now will deprive me from using my phone for a day hence i went there after work.
