NUMBER PORT VODACOM TO TELKOM - PREPAID

I am so upset with Telkom mobile, I want to port my Vodacom (prepaid no) from Vodacom to Telkom. I was told to buy a Telkom sim card(riccad) and send the sms PORTME#IDNO#ICCDNO to the 0861 no. which I have done three times, I have spoken to the telkon online consultants to follow up, one is saing I need to phone Vodacom to release my no, the other is saying I have to wait the other one saying they cant find anything on the syste, the other one say I must buy again simcard ands sms, what more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and nobody gets back to me with the right thing, one is saying don't ricca sim card, other one saying ricca, I mean really!!!!!!!!
