number out of service and no help from telkom

i got a call from sell direct and we agreed on a p10 and p8 was delivered and i will not use the fone that was not agreed upon. now my current fone is out of service and trying to contact sell direct and Telkom is a nightmare. I want to cancel this entire contract and return this device and not be involved with Telkom ever again. why use a marketing company that a client cant even get hold of.
