Number not ported

Hi<br> <br> I took out a new contract at the Sandton City branch on Saturday 5th March and requested that my number be ported. I was told that an sms had been sent to the number that I wanted to port and I didn't have the sim card with me at the time. So I checked when I got home but I had not received an sms regarding the porting. I went to the branch on Monday (7th) and I was told that the system was down and there was a problem with porting. <br> <br> I was told that they would call me to let me know as soon as the system was back up again. But I haven't heard from anyone since Monday and this is a real incovenience for me. May you please attend to it asap.<br> <br>
