Number change taking forever.

Hi,

It's now 3 weeks after I requested a number change at the cradle stone shop. The lady was very helpful but as she explained to me. The number change is a process which she has to log a call for the IT department to execute.

I had the same problem in February with another number on the same family contract. It took more than 3 weeks.

This can not be the norm!?

Please assist to have this done and dusted by Friday afternoon. I do believe you have competent personnel.
