Number change
I am very angry, frustrated, irritated, disgusted with the lack of service i am getting from telkom. So after waiting over 2 months for a case to be resolved, i call the call center today and they say the case is closed. HOW CAN A CASE BE CLOSED IF IT IS NOT RESOLVED!!!!!. And i get no feedback what so ever about the case. So my next step now is to go to the ombudsman because clearly someone is not doing their job.
