Number Change

Telkom took my phone number that I've had for over 15 years and gave me a new number without my consent and now that I want it back they can't help me and also their call centre dont come back to me to tell me what they gonna do next its been a week now and their turnaround time that was given to me was 48-72 hours.I will stop payment my contract immediately and cut all ties with Telkom.
