Nudebt on behalf of Telkom

I have recently been getting numerous number of messages and emails about the debt that I owe telkom from Nudebt collectors.

I have contacted the Nudebt collection on the 14 May and quiried this amount. I even went to telkom to query becoz my account was closed and I was instructed to pay the amount of more about R850 for them to close the account. Which I did and that was 2020 when I cancelled my services with Telkom. They even asked me to take the screen shot illustrating that cancelation. Unfortunately I don't have it anymore on my phone. I explained this to the consultant that was assisting me on the 14th May. She promised to contact telkom and further investigate why am I being charged again and for what and she did pick it up this payment that I'm referring to. I'm still waiting for that response on my side. Yet they are still sending me messages that are threatening to list me.

Im really concerned what is this payment for now becoz my services with telkom got canceled. I had a month to month contract with them. So what do I need to pay for now. No one seems to answer me but the messages that I am handed over are endless.

For What???? Why am I not get explanation of what services am I owing them of the amount they want me to pay. This is unacceptable
