NuDEBT Management and HARASSING CALLS on a WRONGFUL ACCOUNT Final Notice of impending Litigation: MRS SCHULLER you in default of R510.92 with your Telkom acc, Pay within 24 HOURS at ABSA into NuDEBT Trust Acc *** Ref *** Call ***/WhatsApp *** and avoid summons. I have been receiving abusive calls on my mobile 2 and 3 times per day including threats of litigation by people claiming to be from a Debt Collection Agent NuDEBT. This is for a TELKOM debt that they claim has been handed over to them for collection of R510.92. I have NO Debt with TELKOM and The Account number they quote is ***. This is NOT my account number. I checked with TELKOM in Kenilworth and was informed by Jade at Counter 6 Ticket number 24 on my last visit to TELKOM Kenilworth on 20 September 2019. Jade informed me that this account number belongs to a GD THOMAS. On the same day at 13:22 I received a call from Lerato NuDebt and on inquiring wht the telphone number was she informed me it was ***. This is NOT my number. I had cancelled my TELKOM Account in February 2019 and have waited for finalisation and credit for the months I paid that account on receiving statements despite the fact that the handset was removed and the line was closed. I have received calls from Mudupui Mokwenya of NuDebt wrt to being handed over for collection. These calls from NuDebt began soon after my 27 August visit to TELKOM and contact with Shikira Sadans, I have all the details of correspondence and dates of visits and names of people I spoke to at TELKOM Kenilworth. Shakira noted that Credits will be passed as per ***4. Confirmation to be sent on 02 Sept.2019 and she signed this statement. This did not happen. Instead I received a Final Statement claiming that R505.68 was adjusted and zero credit was due to me. I have these statements as well and Shakira's handwritten and signed note. Thereafter I began receiving the Harassing calls from NuDebt. Lerato's signing out to me after one such call was "Thank you, Have a **** Life. I have been traumatised by these daily unsolicited calls from NuDebt and will consider filing Hassassment and Wrongful Claims charges against NuDebt if there is no end to this sordid affair with TELKOM and its Affiliates.
