Nudebt

My Telkom account was handed over to nudebt due to missed payment in march. I’ve since settled my account fully however I keep getting countless emails and smses from nudebt stating they’ll be handing me over to credit bureau even after calling and emailing proof of payment to show that the account has been settled with Telkom. I’ve been with Telkom for more than 10years and I won’t be doing business with them ever again since they don’t communicate with their debt company when a customer has settled their account. My contracts are due for upgrade however I’ll never upgrade and will be cancelling all my accounts with Telkom due to this poor service
