Nthabiseng from telkom sales dept.

From the call centre an agent with the name Nthabiseng went above and beyond to help me to urgently upgrade my phone and even went to different stores on her off day to try and help me when their system wasnt working and using her own airtime and phone to keep me updated.

This lady needs to be promoted to a position of management as the rest of the telkom team can learn a lot about client service from her.
