Nqobile the Telkom Superstar

I received fantastic service from Nqobile. I spoke to two other consultants who weren't able to assist throughout the course of the day. The second consultant advised that it was an issue with our fiber router and it needed to be replaced. As a last attempt I called a 3rd time at the end of the working day as the nearest Telkom shop is over an hour away. Nqobile sorted it out quickly. We have had no issues with the fiber since.
