Now I Know why Telkom is the worst

Now I understand why people say Telkom is the worst In South Africa Few weeks ago I app**** online for a MacBook Air laptop , after a week I got a call from Telkom telling me I am approved but they don’t have stock and that I should rather apply in store. About a week ago I went to Telkom Cape Gate to apply in store after a few minutes I was approved but once again the did not have stock, until I recieved a mail from the lady who helped me and she said that she have one in stock for me , so once again I took time of from work to collect my laptop . So know Here is the fun part , I got to the store the went to the back to get my laptop , once the deal was almost complete the lady told me that I was approved but now I’m declined like seriously??? What kind of service do you guys give ?? Please do us all a favor and close your shops cause you mean absolutely nothing to society
