Now I know why people call you Hellkom

Can't believe the service I received from Telkom Greenstone.

They made me wait a whole hour before I got any service and there was one person in front of me.

Then they do the opposite of what I want. I asked them to move my contract to a pay as you go telkom sim I have as I haven't received the sim that came with the contract. They then do a sim swap to the sim I dont have for some reason beyond me.

Now they're telling me to go into that hell hole again and im on the other side of the world.

I should've never moved over to Telkom.
