Now fighting for money back?

As usual you have to fight to get your phone fixed then fight for nearly 4 months to get the credit for the whole month it didnt work. So despite emailing fighting screaming and trying the chat line every day for nearly 3 months I still dont have a credit for dec/jan that my phone did not work..... and same old same old it has been escalated to who.... 20 different supervisors ?? DISPUTE REF NO: ********** 9 that was logged in march 2018 -really you guys are beyond ridiculous......
