November Deals

I app**** for a "November Deal" on the 30 November 2017 ... I got a message saying that a someone will contact me within 48hrs to finalise the deal and for all I know, Telkom staff could have chosen to call me a day after the 30 Nov but still within the 48hrs only to tell me that, that was the November deal is over and it no longer applies (which happened, by the way, I got the phone call on the 1st Dec)... So I want to know, if I app**** in November, am I still not eligible for the "November Deal" even if Telkom phoned me on the 1st of December?
