Notice to not renewing contract
<p>Every month a debit order goes through to my account from Telkom but I gave them a notice a month before my contract with them comes to an end that i'm closing the contract. I lodged a complaint but I was told only given stories and that they'll get back to me but no one did that.</p>
I don't owe Telkom any money. In December 2015 I gave Telkom notice as my contract with them was ending in January 2016. Check your records and my calls as well as emails send from the Telkom store in Hatfield Pretoria.
