notice given for cancellation now not received?

On the 27/09/2015 I filled in a form to cancel my Telkom mobile contract*** and acc no10272).<br> On 31/12/2015 I went your offices in port Elizabeth greenacres to find that the cancellation was never done.<br> <br> I require the cellphone contract to be cancelled as I am not going to renew the contract as there is almost no cell cover in the area where I live.Can someone please help?my contact no ***<br> <br> <br> <br>
