NOTHING WORKS AT TELKOM - JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH. My data service broken and so company grinds to a halt. I go online to resolve the matter, but "customerportal" says "we are having technical difficulties please call 10210.....I call 10210 and after bouncing around for 20 minutes get someone who sounds like i have a chance, but her line is so bad she says it is "faulty", anyway we try and communicate over the bad static, and she then tells me that her system is down, can't help, call back again later...
