Nothing works

So, we have a Telkom fault in our area as neighbours also have no ADSL. Can't report it as the telkom app fails. Can log in online, but can't report the fault, because, according to telkom our phone number doesn't exist. Can't phone it in on the land line as the phone line is down. And definitely not reporting it from the cell phone as they usually put me on hold for more than an hour when there is a fault. Telkom, sort it out, this is pathetic. Also, since I can't register a fault, this is it, I will not be paying for the time it is off.
