Nothing-still waiting for cancellation

I requested cancellation of landline on 3 August, and provided all docs. I have received no communication. Even when I posted on this site on 14 Sep I just received a cut and paste answer (hidden) and still nothing.Thank you for making contact with us. "Please be advised that your query is being attended to and feedback will follow.Your Reference: AI ********** " The despicable part is that Telkom are still charging me for rental, due to their incompetence. Even the Telkom fibre in my area is often down, so be wise to avoid open serve. How can I make this more clear CANCEL MY LANDLINE AND REVERSE ALL THE CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!!!
