Nothing since August Last year

My order for a telephone was placed in August last year, and I was told that by the end of February I would be able to get internet. Still Telkom does not get back to me. I was informed that I should receive regular feedback regarding the status of my order. I also spoke to a technician who was installing in my area and they said it is all ready. (Order ***A)<br> <br> I have also been trying to mail telkom regarding this complaint but they refuse to respond.
