Nothing new, just payment for no service again

Complete inaptitude!

I do not understand why we keep paying them for a complete LACK OF SERVICE!!!

It took them a month to install my line after they "misplaced" my deposit and insisted that I have not paid it, after a month of proof of payments and numerous visits to their shop the deposit was "found" where is was incorrectly allocated. When my first bill came they deducted the deposit of the bill (thought it was the way they work) showing clearly a amount of X was outstanding. I then paid X. 2 weeks later I receive a short payment notification. I phone THEM and guess what the made a mistake. (Surprise, surprise) I organised that I will pay this "mistake" by the end of the month on my next bill. End of the month comes, I pay the bill with the deposit added back and you will guess it is the end of the story! Not by a long shot. Yesterday I got a message stating my service will be suspended due to non payment. Again I hone the call centre, guess what I am in arears for the deposit (that has now been aid via EFT) and my account will be suspended. I have a interesting debate with agent concerning their complete inaptitude and end up speaking with a supervisor that ensures me that my service will not be suspended. Seeing as I already paid my bill and they are the ones making a mistake. My work is extremely reliant on internet connectivity and I work weird hours. So when I got up at 2 this morning to work, you guessed it, service suspended. Guys please do yourself a favour and place your business where possible elsewhere, save your money and your health and deal with a company that understands the concept of service delivery and good management. My experience has been one of complete lack of responsibility by both the staff as well as the company. This will now take time out of my schedule and at least a hour of standing in a que at the shop to get this finished. I truly hope I can deal with this more professionally then they ever can. Thanks for nothing, and keep taking my money with no real assistance or service. Wish I could give a no star review. One star is too much!
