Nothing new at Telkom

Since April my Wifi connection has been in a horrible mess with telkom. I tried to contact Openserve, logged calls with them but no technicians came out. Every month they are very happy to bill me for A Wifi package I cant use. Their self service app has been the worst creation. All I can say is now I understand why so many people cut off landlines, all connection. Our Parastals and the people working for them are all on a free ride. Cancelation time.
