Nothing is getting fixed

I have logged 2 faults with regards to line speed and bad snr rate on my adsl line plus a ticking sound on the voice line..... 30ark111215 was escalted over 5 times and a technicain synced the line back to 10mb on the 24th on the 24 in the evening the line dropped and was unstabe and dropped down to 52kb then came up to 7mb the line has been unstable since I have escalted and escalated the call ... then logged a new fault 33ark261215... still no feedback and the line is getting worse day by day......
