nothing is being done

A ********** account was opened at the store using my id. Money is being deducted from my account since 25/09/2015 to date. I went to the store to try and resolve the issue and right now as typing I'm in the store and they are laughing about the matter and referring me from one person to another. Every time I go to the bank to reverse the money I get charged R50 of which they informing me that it's not their problem. Please help me sensitize this people that what they are playing with is my kids food money and something needs to be done urgently. The last person to assist me on the matter was elric.
