I have on numerous occasions re-sent my cancellations documents to your call center staff yet you debited my account 3 times in December. How, do you explain this, and why have you failed to cancel my account? I expect a call on Monday to sort this out. My account number is ***. The number in question is ***. You can reach me on ***. You've debited several hundred Rands off my account and this query has gone to the Ombudsman for further action.
