nothing free about Telkom # painful and stressful #freeme from the stress

on the 19th of January I contacted Telkom and took out the offer they had (Data-Data On the Go 10GB -with Huawei E5573 Router ) I had revived an sms telling me that my order has been processed and will be delivered in within 2 days when that two days pasted I had to call and check what was happening and before I spoke to a human being I had to hold for 30 mins they informed that that is not the case my application has been reviewed and it will now take other 7 days to process when trying to call the sales department to enquire if this sale is still being processed or not you hold for more then 30 mins and then given other number and the people you talk to do not have answers at this point I want to cancel the whole things and guess what I shall be holding on for other 30mins till at this point I do not know what is happening with the order no sms, no call nothing I know bad services but this is beyond bad it's non-existent

Telkom you have give me a horrible service and I shall always associate you with such just some advice use it don't : invest on a first assistance or solution approach to the calls that are answered unlike teaching your consultants "I apologise for the inconvenience but pls call ........ " like really
