Note 9 received WITHOUT Welcome pack of R2499 (includes a DEX HDMI cable, a Wireless charges and a Tripod) or the voucher of R500 towards a Samsung Original Cover - TELKOM not offering what they advertise

I received my parcel from the courier on 18/09/2018 at 15h40. I opened my parcel, and saw that i only have received the note 9, and a sim card (everything still sealed). I did not receive the Welcome Pack of R2499 which includes a DEX HDMI cable, a Wireless charges and a Tripod? I also did not receive the Voucher of R500.00 towards a Samsung Original Cover?

I would really like to activate my phone and start using it, as the above is now holding me back and wasting my time? Can you please let me know what is going on with my query?

Telkom (Duduzile Mbonam) were quick to sell me a product, and now i am the one struggling on....

I can't be held responsible for missing the 7 day cooling off period (i asume this is work days?), if i didn't receive the whole package that i app**** for.

Can you please reply to me a.s.a.p., or get someone to reply a.s.a.p.? Or phone me so that we can sort this out.

I have spoke to so many people these past 3 days in order for me to try and sort this out. I can send you my call register so that you can see. No one except for Lihle Mopedi & Raymond Siribhajan tried to assist me, but i believe their hands are also tied now.

I am awaiting a call from Telkom (you or someone sorting out my problem) immediately, so that we can sort this out a.s.a.p.?
