Not willing to assist in this difficult time

Telkom- I have had the land line for over 40 years.. this month was the first time we didn’t make payment and no body called to assist us.. all you guys did was just suspend the line and didn’t care . Other companies are will to assist there clients in this difficult time. Kindly advise why you guys not interested in assisting us as we had this line for over 40 years ..
