Not what you pay for... bad connections

<p>A few months ago I got myself a Telkom WiFi router with 50g anytime and 50g night cap.</p> <p>I was sold on the fact that this router gave 15mps speed. this being the main reason I went with this service...</p> <p> </p> <p>But within the first month I started realizing by means of doing speed tests that I was not getting what has been promised... to make this whole situation worse and also the reason I am writing here is becuase it has become close to impossible to get hold of Telkom in this regard to fix my problem... since joining this service I have been paying my bill without fault promtly every month yet I have not recieved what has been payed for</p>
