Not What I Signed Up For

We ordered iPhone 13s 2 months ago. There was not communication regarding our order. We always had to call numerous time before getting response that does not even help. After many follow ups we got wrong items, they delivered iPhone 14s. We reported this and had the iPhone 14s collected from us. On month end of May 2025 a debit went of my account for iPhone 14s (which is the incorrect order). We still have not receive what we ordered and they still had the nerve to deduct money from my account for the wrong order. I'm very dissapointed in Telkom for this service. Nobody wants to take accountability and nobody follows up on the emails and call that I am making regarding this.
