Not what I signed up for

I recently upgraded my wifi contract (via Sell direct) . I upgraded to 20+20gb for R269 and now im getting a bill for R371 which I didn’t sign up for!

Their current promo is 60gb for R359 so how does this even make sense?

No one is able to explain this because their customer service is pathetic
