Not what I signed up for

I signed up for the SmartBroadband 10GB (20GB Anytime Data + 20GB Night Surfer Data) – R199pm on Black Friday. My Package was delivered in Feb 2018 only as they sent it to my work after the agreed date of delivery in Dec 2017. February I charged R 406.81 for the 40GB . March I was charged R 207.50 for 10GB Anytime Data .I cant get hold of the call centre high wait times.
