NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR!

Mobile store, I ordered a 20 gigg day time and 20 gigg night time package with them @ R145 per month as advertised however when i recieved my router I only revieved 7gigs anytime for which i was still billed R145 for the month, which I don't want and which was not promised and not what i signed up for.

I have tried calling them many times but i cannot get hold of them VIA phone nor Email.

I find this Unacceptable and unprofessional. I need my package sortes ASAP
