Not Very Impress with TELKOM Service

Gooday I Apply for a TELKOM DSL Unlimited Home package from Telkom the 22nd of July 2020. The sales person put thru the wrong sale I requested a 20Mbps line and he put thru a 4Mbps line since then I have been straggling to get this fix I have been more than 16 time back to the Telkom branch - PTA Wonderboom Juction locked numerous calls and till now the 8th this problem is still not fixed. I am so fed up with this poor service Nobody seems to know what they are doing and nobody seems to care. I would really like to get this sorted. Do Telkom still want me as a client or must I take my money elsewhere?
