Not Useless Service BUT No service

<p>Reported a residential landline not working in February 2016 to Telkom. A portion of cable was ****** which was discovered a month later. A call centre agent wanted me to believe the cable is to be imported from a faraway country and this would take long. Incredible is it not !!</p> <p>Needless to say it is still not fixed !!</p>
