Not up to date, no feedback

We are trying to get a new iphone contract at telkom. Firstly no one knows of the iphone contract telkom have but you advertise it on you front page!! We are not getting any feedback from the store (cape gate) and no one are picking up the phone!! (cape gate and tygervally) The service are from bad to worst!
