Not terrible service, no service.

<p>I have been complaining about NO ADSL for ages now and get No response from Telkom. The line is so noisy that ADSL just can not work. The lines are about 40 years old in Farrarmere and Telkom will not replace them. When I do get some connection the speed is about 700 Kb and not the 2MB that I am paying for. But Telkom tells me that because I am further that 8Km from the exchange I will not get any better speed. I do not get any discount for the no connection, they continue to charge me in full.</p> <p>This is *******.</p> <p>Is Telkom actually there???</p>
