Not so much data after all

Received from Telkom, "LTE uncapped services are governed by an Acceptable Use Policy" and "Your current usage puts you at risk to be impacted by the policy, which may lead to throttling". This received when +-300GB were used. Anyway, I was wondering how Telkom determines AUP and how old the data it is based on are at this time. In addition I wonder if they take into account: a) peak/off-peak periods or b) if other LTE users on the network are impacted at all.
