I went to Telkom in Cresta last week to apply for a month to month wi fi deal.

The lady who assisted me, seemed uninterested, however nevertheless she assisted me with an application.

I app**** for the month to month wi fi deal and the start date was yesterday. I was told that I would be called by someone who would give me all the details I need to set up with the wi fi.

To date I cannot pick up the wi fi address at the property and no one has called me.

Please cancel my application and send me confirmation that this was done as clearly you guys are not serious about this.
