Not satified with the lack of response

I overpaid Telkom by R7000 over a month ago. It took over a week to reflect on their system. I have tried in vain to recover since then. I have been told that a request has been sent to their accounts department about 6 times. My funds have still not arrived and I would appreciate knowing when they will. If they do not arrive in the next 2 days I will lay a charge against them.
