Not responding to Emails / Social Media Dep
It has been more than a week and I still have not received feedback wrt to my complaint REF SM154549, I have sent 2 emails to your social media team ( who provided me with the email address should I wish to follow up and nobody has responded.<br> This is really shocking and dissapointing !<br>
