not responding
It has been 3 weeks and no technician has come to fix our ADSL line. It is effecting our business. 2 weeos ago a technician came and said we need to arrange entrance to a neighbours house, when we did he said he cant help us anymore. We have escalated the fault 5 times. Still nothing. This is pathetic!! We have to pay high cellphone bills from waiting 50min to speak to someone. Better yet we still have to pay for the line even if it is not working!!! What the hell!! You give South Africa a bad name!
