Not Respoding
ON 15/05/15 I reported a fault on the landline no.*** ref no.256CTZ150515. A person came out to have a look and found the landline was ******. I was informed that it will be repaired untill date nothing has happened. It does not help phoning you get the same reply everytime. \'We will look into the matter''. Inthe meantime we are paying landline rental every month but no landline."
